Wen wir suchen
We are looking for a charismatic and business-minded Store Manager for our store in Orio al Serio's Airport. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for retail excellence in high-traffic environments.
Hauptaufgaben
- Manage the store, ensuring operational excellence, sales results, and KPIs
- Be present on the floor, guiding the team in assisted sales, customer experience, and brand storytelling
- Ensure the best shopping experience for the customer
- Oversee Visual Merchandising, product display, and restocking
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of the store
- Train, coordinate, and support the team, coordinating with headquarters for shift planning, holidays, and work organization
Anforderungen
- Store Managers with experience in retail and assisted sales, coming from dynamic and high-performing environments
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills
- People-oriented leader
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Passion for fashion
- Reliability, availability, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends
